Working together

FAQs

We have one UK office located in the leafy suburb of Wallington, Surrey. Any closer to the rail station and we'd be on the platform! Services operate from Wallington to Victoria and London Bridge via West Croydon and to Epsom Downs and Epsom via Sutton and beyond. There are several bus routes that have stops close to the office. And there is plentiful pay-and-display and street parking nearby.

Those colleagues on a hybrid working contract typically work 2 days a week from the Wallington office. Wednesday is our mandatory day for office-based working if it is a normal working day. We often pick Wednesdays for colleague activities such as in-office training, charity fundraisers, social events etc.

Yes! There are opportunities for all employees to use our generous staff discounts to book and enjoy our holidays with family and friends, or perhaps embark on a solo adventure! Also, many of our colleagues travel as part of their role and for training purposes - in particular those in our product, customer sales, and commercial teams, and we have team members that often volunteer for tours and events such as the tennis championships at Wimbledon, and our day trips to Swedish Lapland.

A great array of benefits are available to Newmarket Holidays employees. Some favourites are our holiday discounts for staff, getting to take your birthday off, being able to buy extra holiday or sell days you might not be able to take (rules apply!). There are many opportunities to learn new skills and participate in internal and external training events to enhance personal and professional skills and career progression. We also offer employer-supported volunteering days.
