Head of Product – North America, Indian Subcontinent & Middle East

Full-time, permanent, office-based or hybrid role (min 2 days per week in the office in Wallington, Surrey)

The Role 

Reporting to the Director of Product, Purchasing & Operations, the Head of Product – North America, Indian Subcontinent & Middle East is responsible for leading and evolving important regions, destinations and products within our long-haul portfolio. As a key member of the Product leadership team, you will own the strategic direction, development, performance, and lifecycle management of a high-profile segment of our escorted touring product range.

This is an exciting role where you have the opportunity to shape a high-impact, customer-loved product category, ensuring it delivers compelling customer experiences, strong commercial performance, and differentiation in a competitive market, with a purpose-driven business that’s passionate about creating memorable travel experiences.

Who you are

• Extensive proven track record in product management within the travel industry, ideally with experience in escorted touring for the relevant long-haul destinations (North America is essential).

• Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering profitable growth.

• Demonstrable experience in product development, pricing, and supplier negotiations.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to think strategically while managing the detail.

• Strong market awareness of Worldwide travel trends and competitive dynamics.

• Experience of direct contracting as well as working collaboratively with international DMCs.

• Understanding of UK travel consumer behaviour, especially in the over-50s market.

• Familiarity with ATOL, ABTA, and other travel industry regulations.

• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.

• Demonstrates passion and approach all tasks in an enthusiastic way

• Self-motivated and self-aware – recognises own development needs and is committed to personal growth
