Our office in Wallington, Surrey is focused, and results-driven, but lots of fun, full of like-minded people who are all in the business of creating these amazing experiences.

Role Profile

We’re on the lookout for a creative Social Media and Content Creator to take our social channels to the next level.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our social media presence – planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that grows our audience, strengthens our brand, and inspires customers to travel. From campaign ideation to community management and performance tracking, there will be plenty of scope to make your mark.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business – including marketing, ecommerce, product, and customer service – and have the freedom to test ideas, create compelling visuals and video, and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Execute and evolve our organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other agreed platforms.

• Build and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns, customer journeys, seasonality, and key cultural moments.

• Produce and publish engaging content, from idea to execution, including photography, reels, graphics and captions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to develop visual assets and short-form video.

• Stay up to date with platform trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant for our target audience.

2. Brand & Campaign Storytelling

• Collaborate with wider marketing and ecommerce team to help shape the creative direction of social campaigns.

• Ensure all content reflects the brand, values and tone of voice across customer touchpoints.

• Work with Digital Marketing Manager to support paid campaigns.

• Champion travel storytelling that inspires, informs and connects – not just sells.

3. Influencer, UGC & Community Engagement

• In collaboration with marketing, source, curate and repurpose user-generated content that builds trust and credibility.

• Help develop a strategy to grow, engage and nurture our social community.

• Identify, brief and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.

• Work with our customer service team to manage social responses and engagement with existing customers.

4. Performance & Reporting

• Share weekly updates and monthly reports, summarising activity, learnings and opportunities.

• Use insights to inform future content and continuously improve performance.

• Support the achievement of agreed-upon KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, reach and content performance.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years managing social channels and creating content for consumer brands – ideally in travel, hospitality or retail.

• A natural storyteller with a passion for creating content that’s visually compelling and emotionally engaging.

• Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar, to produce high-quality, engaging visuals and short-form videos that stops the scroll.

• Proactive and personable – comfortable approaching colleagues and customers to create great, authentic content.

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and social media management platforms.

• Data-savvy, with the ability to use analytics to guide content decisions and demonstrate results.

• Skilled at writing engaging, brand-aligned copy – and confident doing it without relying on AI tools.

• A genuine love of travel and the desire to bring it to life for others.

• Good organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with an older audience or have experience tailoring content to different demographics.

What we can offer you

• Potential travel opportunities to capture content

• A growing and multicultural, team-spirited environment with opportunities to learn from new experiences and challenges

• A responsible organisation that cares about its people, the environment, and the communities we visit

• Hybrid and flexible working – with your own desk in our London office (no hot desking here).

• An exciting set of benefits, including discounts on our holidays.
