Are you passionate about people, learning, and building great workplaces? This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in People & Culture as an Apprentice supporting a variety of functions including Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and Remuneration & Benefits.

As part of our friendly and forward-thinking People & Culture team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, while studying towards a nationally-recognised qualification. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and longer-term projects that help us attract, retain, and develop top talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll rotate across core People & Culture functions, including:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Support the recruitment process
  • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with preparing contracts, letters, and documentation
  • Help coordinate performance and probation processes
  • Support employee engagement and internal communications

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Help schedule and track employee training
  • Assist with creating training materials and resources
  • Support learning needs assessments and feedback surveys
  • Maintain L&D records and reports

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Assist with data entry and reporting for payroll and benefits
  • Support benefit renewals, wellbeing initiatives, and reward schemes
  • Respond to employee queries with the help of senior team members

  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Eligibility:

  • You must meet the entry requirements for the apprenticeship programme (GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent)
  • You must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a related field
